Barre Foundations

Builds deep muscle strength, tone, balance, flexibility and alignment while utilizing a neutral spine approach. This class is rooted in traditional barre fundamentals which are perfect for the beginner yet still challenging for the seasoned barre enthusiast. This class is recommended for all fitness levels with offered modifications and progressions.

Barre Fly (Bounce)

Remember jumping on a trampoline as a child? The thrill? The exhilaration? (not even knowing we were exercising) The BOUNCE is back with this class. You will love the feel of weightlessness and adrenaline as you torch calories with TABATA cardio rounds inner-mingled with barre moves to a great playlist on our mini-rebounders (trampolines). This class is for all fitness levels with offered modifications and progressions. Please bring water and a towel.

Barre Fly Express (Bounce)

Need a quick lunch time “pick me up”? This class is for you! BARRE FLY fun in a 45 minute format. You’ll be glad you did!
